UNLIMITED YOGA & PILATES CLASSES

(non-membership price is $25 per class)

MOVEMENT is an essential part of whole-person health and is thoughtfully integrated into the Garden Wellness approach. Yoga and Pilates classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible, especially for those who may feel intimidated by traditional fitness spaces or are reconnecting with movement after health changes or time away. Classes are intentionally low-pressure, with individualized modifications to support comfort, safety, and confidence.
 

These offerings are aligned with each patient’s broader medical care. Instructors work in coordination with the Garden Wellness team, keeping individual health considerations and treatment goals in mind. The focus is not performance or appearance, but sustainable movement that supports physical and emotional well-being—helping patients feel better in their bodies, fall back in love with movement, or discover it for the first time.
