Weekly Walks

Wednesday evenings, we depart from the Garden Building at 5:30pm for a ~3-mile loop through the surrounding neighborhoods and open spaces.

 

These walks are intentionally brisk and fitness-focused, but everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace. Some people walk fast, others steady - whatever feels right for your body.

 

We begin and end at the same place, sharing the structure of the walk while allowing each person the freedom to experience it in their own way.

 

Wednesday Walks are about consistency, movement, and being outdoors, supported by community.​
